Is camping allowed?
Overnight camping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Does my child need a ticket?
Unless otherwise noted, everyone needs a ticket in order to be admitted into the event.
Car seats are not allowed unless a ticket is purchased to place the car seat in a seat. Car seats cannot be held on a lap, placed on the floor, stairways, or walkways. Strollers are not permitted.
Where can I park?
Limited parking is available . We encourage all parties to carpool, or ride a bike whenever possible. Volunteer parking attendants will assist motorists upon entry. For more information, visit the Directions and Parking section.
Someone in my family is in a wheelchair. Is there a place for them to sit?
Yes, ADA seating is available for people with special needs. To reserve handicapped seating, please call the Ticket Box Office at (863) 669-3191 at your earliest convenience.
Where are my seats located?
Usher volunteers will be available inside the theater at every show to escort you to your seat and answer questions you may have. Reserved seat rows are ordered bottom to top alphabetically from A – X, and divided into Left, Center, and Right sections. Legacy uses a theatre-style of seating where seats alternate between odd and even numbers in every other row. It is normal for a group sitting together in the same row to have all odd or all even numbered seats. For reference, your seat number is located on the tag on the front of your seat.
What time do gates open for an event?
Gates and show times vary for each event. It’s best to look at the listed times under the specific event and plan ahead.
Where is Will Call for concerts?
Patrons may pick up their will call tickets from the "Will Call Ticket House near the entrance of theater beginning 60 minutes before gates open on the night of a show. You will need a valid Picture ID to claim your tickets at will call. Tickets are issued only to the person who purchased them.
How can I buy tickets?
To guarantee entry, purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended.

Can I bring my camera to concerts?
Camera policies vary depending on each performance. In most cases, disposable and non-professional cameras including phones are permitted, while professional cameras with removable lenses and all audio/video recording equipment will not be permitted.
Are ATMs available?
Food, beverage, and merchandise vendors typically accept cash only. None are at the Fairgrounds.
Will beer and other alcoholic beverages be available for purchase?
Yes, these beverages will be available for purchase for adults 21 years of age and older with valid photo ID. Sales of beer and other alcoholic beverages will be restricted to only inside the during select events.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes. This is an outdoor event. Please be respectful of others and small children.
Can a show be rained out?
Each event hosted by Legacy entertainment will go on rain or shine. Should inclement weather light lightning or tornadoes become present and pose a threat to the artists and patrons, an announcement will be made from the stage with information regarding all of the pertinent details.
What should I wear?
The Central Florida is known for its unpredictable weather, so patrons are encouraged to check the local forecasts and dress appropriately for all conditions, including but not limited to: full exposure to the sun, strong wind, cold evening temps and even severe rain.
If I leave something in my car, may I leave the show to go get it?
Yes as long as you keep your current daily ticket with you.
