Must register your group no later than February 1st, 2025.
Groups must have their banner with their Dojo’s name, Post Number, Troop Number on a horizontal pole in the center of the photo area. Douglas Hurley will stand at a specified location; you will have a designated person take 1-2 shots and done.
This is not a meet and greet, there is no shaking of hands, asking questions. This is photo moment, Not a Q-A, because there are several hundred people trying to get their photos too and time is limited.
You must register your group no later than February 1st, 2025, and full payment must be made no later than April 1st, 2025
Group Fee is based on your seating selection, max 20 persons
Fee Includes General Admission for all 20 people.
If there is more in the group, please advise, we will try to accommodate.
